These terms explain use of the Toy-On product showcase operated by Toyon Industry Pvt Ltd. They concern website access and enquiry preparation; they are not a supply agreement or an online purchase contract.

1. Purpose of the website
The website presents product designs and themed collections for manufacturers and business buyers. It helps you shortlist designs and prepare a business enquiry.
The website currently has no checkout, payment processing or automatic order acceptance. Browsing a design or preparing an enquiry does not reserve stock, confirm a price or create a manufacturing order.
2. Product information and confirmation
Images are visual presentations of the supplied designs. Colours, proportions and appearance can differ between screens, mockups and a finished product.
Before any purchase or production commitment, confirm the relevant design, material, dimensions, intended use, quantities, packaging, price and delivery arrangements directly with the company. Do not treat an image or a general website description as a product specification or compliance certificate.
3. Business enquiries and supply terms
The contact form prepares a draft on your device. You must review and send it through a separate confirmed channel if you want the company to receive it.
Any supply arrangement, quotation, payment schedule, minimum quantity, delivery commitment, warranty or return arrangement must be agreed separately. None of those commercial terms should be inferred from this website.
4. Responsible website use
Use the website for lawful browsing and genuine business enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or misrepresent your identity.
Do not use the website to submit unnecessary sensitive information or to interfere with another visitor’s access.
5. Branding, artwork and permissions
Toy-On branding, product artwork and other website content may belong to Toyon Industry Pvt Ltd or their respective rights holders. Viewing the catalogue does not grant a licence to reproduce, manufacture, advertise or distribute a design.
Character imagery, logos and other third-party material may require separate permissions. Confirm ownership and licensing requirements before any commercial use.
6. Website availability and external services
Content and functionality may change, and the website may be unavailable during maintenance or for technical reasons. Important product or business details should be confirmed directly before relying on them.
External communication or other third-party services operate under their own terms. Toy-On’s enquiry tool does not control your email, messaging service, clipboard manager or downloaded files.
7. Privacy and legal rights
The privacy policy explains the current website’s information-handling behaviour. Review it before using the enquiry-draft tool.
Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any binding transaction terms or dispute arrangements must be confirmed in the relevant written agreement.
8. Updates and questions
These website terms may be revised as the site or its services change. Check the updated date for the version you are reading.
For questions about a design, a business arrangement or these terms, use a confirmed company contact channel. The website’s contact page prepares a message; it does not automatically send one.
